SHIPPING
Each order is shipped using Australia Post, currently postage outside of AUS is unavailable.
All of the orders are carefully and lovingly packaged and shipped by Jen and are generally completed within 1-3 days of ordering.
Shipping time frames (via Australia Post) are generally 2-7 days, this might vary depending on where you are located in Australia.
All Artworks are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and sealed in a clear protective sleeve. Artworks are shipped within a rigid cardboard mailing sleeve labeled ‘Do Not Bend’ to prevent damage
Please allow up to an extra 3-7 days for print orders as prints are made to order.
REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately at this point in time I do not accept returns based on ‘change of mind’ so please take this into consideration whilst shopping.
